Monday Folders: Monday folders are sent home each Monday. They contain all graded work from
the previous week. Please look over the graded work and sign the included sheet. If there are
any grades BELOW 70, you will need to sign those papers and return them in the folder on Tuesday.
Progress Reports and Report Cards will also be sent home in Monday folders.
If we are not at school on Monday, the folder will be sent home the following school day.
Homework Folders: Green Homework folders are sent home every day. In this folder, you will find
homework and any notes from school. Newsletters will be sent home in Homework folders each Monday, which will include detailed information about what we will be learning that week. You will also find a reading log that your child should complete nightly. If sending in notes, money, etc., PLEASE place them in the pouch in the Homework folder. I check inside these folders as students come into the classroom every morning.
Agendas: The school provides each child with an agenda/planner. In this agenda, students write
their homework assignments and any important reminders. On the right side of each week, there
is a yellow column where students record their conduct number for every day. If a student moved
their clip down, I write the reason next to the number that their clip was on. If students move
their clip up to 6-Outstanding Job, they may choose a reward!
Conduct Numbers
6- Outstanding Job
5- Great Job
